Affordable Kar Kare

Long story short, my daughter had her car towed here for steering issues on a VW Passat. The car was running and would start. They said 3 grand to do the repair with a no good warranty that would be for 60 or 90 days cause of a used part that they ordered. Went to pick up the car to move to another shop and the car wouldn't even crank nor could we roll up the window nor would they help us to resolve the issue. I began to speak with a mechanic that was there and told him that this was bad business and he got upset with me. He started to cuss saying why did we bring it here LOL so we taped up our window as there was bad weather coming in. So for this review I asked the mechanic for his name "Austyn" and he proceeded to cuss me out and tell me I need to get off the property... The Manger Perry Dunn wasn't of much help. I asked for the quote of the break down of parts and was given the most simple quote that I've ever seen. It had no total of hours to fix said problem and was useless. Hop

Horrible service , over charge you for work that was never completed, lied and told me my transmission needed to he relaced and wanted to charge me double what other Mechanics were offering to fix it, don't take your car to these crooks Service: Transmission

I wouldn't trust these ppl for anything. They are unprofessional. Austin needs to be fired! I would never recommend them to anyone.
