If I could give 10 stars I would. What could have been a really stressful situation with our family van, needing a whole new engine… Ace Auto took away so much stress and really were in our corner working with the warranty company and taking such good care of us. I highly recommend them, Alan was our amazing rep through the whole process. Every person there that I interacted with was kind and professional. They did an amazing job on our car and really made a hard time much easier to get through.

Friendliness is not a substitute for paid services! Even piranhas look like they are smiling... I take exception to being scammed! Two vehicles worked on for $$$$s! Same mechanical issues after paying $$$$'s! Returned cars multiple times while paying extra for rentals. 1. Unresolved mechanical issues 2. Kept cars for long periods of time 3. Took car in for one issue left with multiple issues...drove off and water filled my floor board (cold water on driver side, super hot water on passenger side). 4.Floor vents not blowing and faintly blowing top vents 5. Parts left off! Damaged interior (rug/carpet has holes due to water not being properly removed). Did not vacuum water, oil on interior 6. One head light changed out! Not informed of accident? 7. Cover missing from trunk...taking parts of my car? Silver tire caps taken 2xs! Tire learning light never went off! 8. It doesn't feel good to be scammed, basically robbed! 9. I expected a call to at least replace the rugs and to replace miss

We used to love Ace but I don’t think we’ll be returning. First, my ford focus’ radio fizzled out so we took it to Ace. We came to an agreement based on the car’s previous visit that they would replace the radio since they couldn’t prove they didn’t fry it when they fixed the alternator and battery issues the car had. Yes they stuck to the deal, however (and I understand that the manufacturer is a big part to blame), I dropped off my car on 5/11 and didn’t get it back till 6/7. This is fine, but when I received my car back it was missing the Apple CarPlay component which was the main reason I took it in to get it repaired in the first place. Not only was my car missing that, but there were two big scratches near my headlights and a gouge on the driver side that’s the size of my fist and it’s gone clear through the paint. It’s like they hit it with a metal pipe and kept scraping it on another car or the garage. No one told me “hey by the way, the car has this damage now,” but I should’v
