Having been in an accident is bad enough but to find out the person involved is under insured and not going to pay for the damage they caused was a whole other story. That’s where Tomes Collision Center comes in. After the first call I knew things were going to work out. They made sure the rental agency was there to pick me up so I could get the rental car. It was a team effort from then on. The text messages on updates started. They kept me informed as to the progress for repairs to my car most every day. By the time the repairs were completed a great relationship was formed. My car looks beautiful. I strongly recommend Tomes Collusion Center. They are the BEST!!!
The team with Tomes collision is top notch! Joel assisted me through out my service process and followed up with me even when I was out of the country .constant communication and service was outstanding .
