Timely turn over and ready the day they projected. Gary was always available for questions, and the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car looks perfect. I couldn't be happier. Took quite a while to get in (months), dealt with two receptionists, one extremely helpful, another that seemed to want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. It took almost 3 weeks to get the car fixed after we turned it in. The final product was quality work, and they did an awesome job cleaning the interior of my vehicle. Would give 5 stars if quicker turn-around after you turned your vehicle in. Also, a nicer receptionist, but that's not a major complaint. I will not fault the long time getting in due to the autobody shops good reputation, and the crazy hail storms that tend to be frequent.
