Recently had a battery replaced and oil change done here. Mikey was my service advisor, and is really what is pulling the 5 stars for this review. He got me in and out quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. Had a little mishap on the battery, and Mikey went above and beyond in taking care of the situation. Beau provided exceptional service with a smile! I wanted to have a mounted spare tire for our Ford F150 4x4 Lariat. This involved purchasing the new tire as well as a special order after market rim. Beau coordinated with the after market sales team and kept me up-to-date on the progress. Thanks Beau!

This location lost this customer. They have been servicing my 2015 F150 since new. I went in today on my way home from work to get The Works done. I was there before 6pm and was told they don't take any more appt after 5pm. "Since when I asked?" "Iv'e been here a year and it's always been that way" the service writer said. "BS, you just lost a customer" I said. He asked if I could come back tomorrow afternoon. "kid, I have to work." And I left. I will not be back. And besides, half the time they didn't complete everything on the checklist.... See Ya Tony.......
