My appointment was to check my car prior to a long trip and put my new license plates on-I am older and have back issues. I arrived on time for my 1230pm appointment 1) They didn’t finish until 430 pm-“Oops we must have lost track of you.” (They were embarrassed and didn’t change me) 2) I arrived home to discover my new plates were in my glove compartment-I considered returning to them but I live 45 minutes away. Bravo! Great work!
You did well with the car as I drove but it took a week. Each time I got to my advisor on phone for enquiries,I hardly got him but he was very nice to me when I finally succeeded.. I even had a good bottle of cold water from him Services: Auto battery replacement, Wiper blade installation
This was routine maintenance. Gabe Harris handled my appointment adroitly as usual for my two Mercedes. His estimate on timing was spot on. Vehicle clean and ready!???? Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
