They communicated all issues discovered. He mechanic took me under the truck to physically put eyes on it. When I declined to fix some of the nonessential fixes due to time and money constraints at the moment he even had suggestions about how I could do it myself when I got to it. There was one minor electronic key / computer restriction thing they couldn't figure out and they referred me to a nearby locksmith (JD Locksmith I think) who solved it within minutes and for a fraction of what the time, money, and hassle of going to the dealership. I was referred to Integrity by a family member and if I lived in the area, I would be a repeat customer.
