First time customer here. Service was fast on requested details (Service A for GLC). Also asked for Wheel alignment, but their machine couldn’t identify problem for my wheels. I was suggested to try another tire centers who may have better systems. When I was given back serviced vehicle, I then see Service B1 alert. Had to go back and ask them to check and if good to reset this alert as well. Should have been checked before they give me back vehicle. After coming back, in the evening I got their vehicle check report message which calls out warnings on several items. These were not even discussed with me when I was at service center. Now, either I have to go back to discuss these better or wait till any of them become critical alerts, which is a risk

Came here yesterday for the first time and all I have to say is I’m a dumbo for not coming here sooner and messing with that dump con artist spot Firestone up on Eldorado and Hardin. Collin was the gentleman that helped me. Super cool and respectful dude. And unlike that dump hole I mentioned before, these guys actually honor the appointment times. What I really like about this place is they take pictures on the spot of what they are servicing and recommending. As I was sitting in the lobby I was receiving a service report with pictures. You click on a link and it takes you to a really nicely itemized service report with pictures from your car. Now that’s as Honest as they come. Needless this is my new spot for service.
