Christian Brothers of McKinney saved us! 2 weeks after buying a car, engine light comes on, which means it won’t pass inspection, which means we cannot get tags and legally drive it. Took it to 2 different local repair shops. Gave them both 2 chances each to fix the issue and they couldn’t! Took a chance with Christian Brothers and they fixed it on the first try! Very responsive, provided timely updates, gave us a detailed, thorough diagnostic review - thx Isaiah and team! So thankful it a reasonable cost to fix the problem! I was in a wreck and I had my car towed to them and since being in there they have done an amazing job. The guy I spoke to told me up front from the start the body damage alone could take up to a month to fix but that while they are waiting on the bodywork guy they could check everything else and get to work on that. By middle of the week the same guy called me to let me know what was going on and what they were waiting on etc. they have been very friendly and professional and explained everything to me that I had questions about. The guy has even been on top of my insurance agent for the accident she (is horrible and works for AAA and her name is Carla Bell) if you get her as a claims agent switch immediately bc you will be treated horrible and disrespected) anyways this guy called her supervisor and we shall see what happens come Monday. I will say so far this location is excellent.

The service here is phenomenal. Really good people here who don’t try to rip you off. I took my car here in the morning, and the service was fast, the guys make sure you’re comfortable and get the car back to you as soon as possible and it doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg
