Wow and i mean WOW! This place is amazing from the customer service all the way down to the cleanliness of the lobby! Jeff the manager has been so helpful as well as the other employees, and not to mention the courtesy shuttle they have to bring you to and from the shop! I will be returning if i have anymore car problems! Thanks again, yall really make a horrible situation(car problems) into a positive one with the attitudes yall hand out everyday. ???? Caliber Auto care is an excellent car service location. They fixed my car battery so quickly and easily. There waiting area is also so awesome. Even i am blown away by cost of service..its so accurate and correct and reasonable....front desk person i spoke was a true gentleman with good communication...This will be my go to maintainance location here after for all car services.

We own a company with a fleet of vehicles. A hose popped off one of our vehicles so we brought it here since it was nearby. We were assured by Austin that the issue would be resolved within the same day for $1,600 and that was a week and a half ago. We called each day to follow up and were told they would have it done that day and continued not to be. On July 5th we followed up again and were told they could not fix the truck, that it had a transmission issue which did not exist prior to taking the truck in. I was also told a manager would be calling me to discuss the bill even though the truck was not fixed. On July 6th I sent a tow truck to pick up the truck to take it somewhere else and they would not release the truck until I paid the bill in full even though I have yet to receive a call from a manager. We paid the bill in full but would 100% not recommend using them.
