Came in for recall and it didn't go as planned. Scheduled 7weeks in advance to drop off for 10 days while on vacation and there were issues. They did however make up for it and the remaining experience was a pleasant one. Even got a new (8 miles on the odometer) F150 to drive in the meantime.
Bob Tomes pre-owned dealership was easy to work with and very helpful. Was able to even work out the price over text. Keighly Reynolds was such a laid back and helpful sales rep. Easiest truck buying process I’ve been through.
