Hacienda Collision Center

I had my vehicle repaired through my insurance. They recommended this location for their work. When I received my vehicle it had a warning on the dashboard for the front assist sensor. I returned to the collision center they said the system need to be rebooted, I was sent to another location for that. It turned out to be physical damaged that happened during the repair. It’s been almost 2 months since I picked up my vehicle. I have yet to receive any information on when I can return so they can fix that part. I’ve called and they just say someone will call me back with information but they never do.

Worst customer service experience ever. 3 month later and still missing parts for my vehicle. Can never get ahold of anyone for any updates , they answer and put you on hold. No one ever knows anything. Picked up my vehicle and screws started falling out. No clue where they go. My passenger door had red paint scratched on it and they didn’t know how it was. Didn’t offer to fix it. Will never recommend anyone. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got my car in the shop the next day I called, didn't have to wait a month like the "other shop", It took long to get my car back because of the insurance, I was called frequently of the work progress, the staff handled the insurance. Very happy and would recommend Hacienda Collision Center to my family, friends and anyone else. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
