Supposedly don’t carry “spare washers” for an oil change, which is wild since they did it for me every time before with no issues. They couldn’t even reset my oil maintenance sign on my car or even put a new sticker on for the next service, all I have to say is don’t trust any of the young people there, they have no clue how to take care of customers. Women beware!! I was just quoted $700 for back and front breaks. I'm 99% sure I only need front breaks. The mechanic tries to deter me from getting a 2nd opinion which was RED FLAG. I went down the road and got a 2nd opinion. Of course I only need front breaks! He even took me out there and showed me how to tell so I won't potentially get scammed I'm the future. Then I come here and start reading....I'm not the only one. There are so many honest companies in Mansfield. There is no need to use this dishonest one.

I went to this location to get an Alignment done and I was not greeted properly or in a timely manner. Once I was greeted and ask what I needed and told him he said that it couldn't be done today due to a car being on the lift and Maybe they would be done with it tomorrow to come back back tomorrow I explained that I took off a little early to come get it done he said well maybe you can come on Saturday I explained to him I was going out of town on Saturday the reason I was trying to get it done now. He said we can't today. The thing is yes there was a car on the lift but nobody was working on it at this time and the other employees were all standing around 2 of which had just walked back from the race track store. I understand it's hot and people need to get a drink but at the same time. I have used Kwik Kar for many years (not this particular one) and have always had exceptional service and been treated very well. Very disappointed in the service at this one that I really didn't even
