Driver's Edge

I am literally standing in the office right now editing my five-star review to a one-star review. I have been standing here for 5 minutes no one has bothered to address me or even go in the office. I've been trying to get a oil change for the past week and keep getting put off. "Come on the morning"- just to be ignored. I am a very loyal customer to this business but they seem to have fallen off and really don't care about their customers unless you are a high paying client. They even have me on camera leaving this review as I am still waiting for somebody to even acknowledge I walked in the building. No one is answering the phones either. I will not be taking my vehicle here at all anymore. Do not even waste your time coming in. *Let's not get started on the fact that they bait and switch you on pricing. Services: Battery, Oil change

Every time I have gone in, they have done a great job to get me in and get me out. The pricing is on par for what you'd pad elsewhere, but their customer service puts them at the top. I even have a fleet vehicle they have worked on and done great on it ad well!

Driver’s Edge is my new “Go-To” place for all things automotive! They were especially fast, very courteous, and gave me a great discount for my military service!
