The crew at this store is very efficient in customer service. Brendan explained to me in great detail what was wrong with my car and what they were doing at all times. He went over the pricing with me and I felt that it was very reasonable compared to some other shops that I went to. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends

Had my brake inspection and Brendon thoroughly explained the status of my brakes, visually showed me the issues and then when I agreed to the work, they hopped on it like a NASCAR pit crew. I was out of there in an hour with new rear rotors, pads and hardware! Expedient service, professional explanation and fair prices. Enjoyed my experience!

I have been to the Brake Check Leander location last week. On the first day, they changed the front brake pads. A day later, they changed rear brake pads, did tire rotation, and did alignment. I have a 3-year alignment plan from Brake Check, by the way. After alignment, a noise started to come from my car. It was a kind of knock sound when I brake or turn left and right. Also, when I make a complete turn, it made a noise like tires are grinding. A couple of days later, I visited them again for something else and told them about the noise problem. They told me that they will take care of it. They said that they fixed the problem and they tested already and there is no problem anymore. After driving for a while, I realized that nothing changed. A couple of days later, I visited Brake Check, Leander location again for an oil change and let them know that I still have the same problem. They did not agree with me and said that they already fixed it and there should be no problem anymore. I
