The service was excellent. I arrived Monday morning at 7 without an appointment. My car has 206,000 miles on it, and I wanted to get the struts replaced before I left on a trip to California. By eleven, they had an estimate for me. What I appreciated most was when Randy told me, 'Yes, the struts needed to be replaced, but it isn't an emergency.' He didn't know I was leaving for California at the end of the month. Once he knew that, he agreed with my decision to go ahead and get the work done. Professionally, dignified, and respectful.

Frank and his crew have been exceptionally attentive and cordial...from the minute you walk in the door you encounter a professional attitude. Frank kept me informed regularly on the work being done on my favorite antique car. I recommend this group without reservation.

It was pouring rain when I dropped my car off, and they were able to call my in an about an hour with the diagnosis and repair cost. Within 24 hours of dropping my car off it was ready to be picked up! I have had my car back for a couple days and it is driving perfectly again.
