Carlos picked up my call and helped me schedule a same day maintenance appointment 2 hours previous. I got there and they gave me an exceptional treatment. Gave me a new client discount on top of the low prices compared to toyota dealer. They even sent me pictures of what was needed for maintenance and texted me through the process. In 2 hours they were done with 3 maintenance request. Alignment, tire rotation and oil change. I asked for a shuttle to come pick me up and they did in less than 10 minutes.
