When yesterday and got are tires change they broke 2 of my trucks tire sensor Had to talk to a manager to see what they will do about the problem and he that we had to buy the sensor and they will give us the money I did that today and they put the sensor in my truck and they didn't have the equipment to program them ????‍♀️ They had me goin back and forth to other tire shop to see if the can programed for me. Plus the workers got mad they where really rude to me. The manager where good. But I was there at 9 am and am still looking for someone to program them ????‍♀️????‍♀️ Service: Auto tire replacement

They made me wait 30 minutes for nothing. When I went to check out no one could figure out why my ticket wasn’t ringing up. Took 3 people to figure out that they didn’t have the bit to do the oil change. So what were they doing for 30 minutes? How do you not have the parts necessary for an oil change? It’s not that difficult. And then make me wait 30 minutes for nothing? Don’t come here. It’s a waste of time. Moral of the story: don’t bring your car here if it’s a 2017 or newer model. They don’t have the tools to do anything for you.

I preordered tires online. I confirmed order on phone. I drove to Walmart at 2 pm. They could not figure out how to do an o line order. When I got here all bays were empty except for one vehicle getting tires. I pulled straight up to the bay. After 20 minutes and three employees failing miserably to get my online tire order processed, the wrong me up and said it would be about an hour. I walked around the store slowly and che led out electronics. An hour later I check on car. The moves my car out of bay and now 4 cars ahead of mine. They now say about an hour and a half wait. My wife ordered the tires online. I would have gone elsewhere .. This place is always RUDE. The double gaskets my oil change once and failed to put the oil cap on another visit . Both times resulting in major oil loss and having to return to get them to fix there problem. I have never had a problem at Angleton or Alvin Automotive. Beware of Lake Jackson Walmart auto department.
