Jiffy Lube

I went in for an annual vehicle inspection. The techs at Jiffy Lube performed an overall vehicle inspection and actually found a ratchet that had been left by a Jeep Dealer in my engine compartment. ???? I had my oil changed at Sulphur, LA Jeep dealer they left the Ratchet. Thankfully the Jiffy Lube techs were more observant and removed the ratchet.....That could have damaged my motor if it had fallen off into the belts or fan at highway speeds. Thank You Jiffy Lube!! I highly recommend this place. It was a super hot day and the techs performed awesome despite the hot weather!!

My first visit to the location I was impressed with the knowledge and also the time to explain to me my first diagnostic treatment to my vehicle I also was impressed with the women there working and helping me in this process of going in, as a woman to get my vehicle serviced. They related to my concerns & helped me. I wish I would of got all their names! They were all great. Overall great first time experience highly recommend Service: Oil change

This was the quickest, most thorough service to my car I’ve had since getting it. Sandra did an absolutely amazing job of explaining everything to me and making sure my car is ready for my trip back home to Arkansas. She showed me how to check on all my fluids and things I need to have looked at when I get home. I will definitely be back next time I’m down here in Lake Jackson and I will be hunting down a Jiffy Lube near me in NWA. You have to ask for Sandra when you go in. She will take great care of you and your vehicle!!!
