Long wait times for simple service! Waited over an hour for a nail repair. I only came here because i have tire protection. Wish I would’ve bought my tires elsewhere. Ridiculous! Service: Tires
Rarely answer the phone and rude when they do answer, Take too long, and forgot to put my spare tire in my car when changing my tires ( never got my spare tire back). Will pay more money and go elsewhere, worth the extra money. Never going to this Walmart Tire Center, again. EVER!!!!!
I would better rate -????if it exists..girl in service desk.. Can't talk properly..full of badly attitude..i don't know how she got this job if she can't respect the customers. Just went out there for oil change and she told be its gone a take 1 and a half or 2 hours.. Bt I didn't see any car at service center.. I ask her how! And she didn't even talk me start to type things..so left from there! Corporate if ur read my reviews ur company may face big loss coz she can't deal with customers!
