Houston Texas Auto is the best shop I have ever been to. I have been coming here over 5years and service has been absolutely amazing. The prices are affordable, they are very time efficient, and when ever they are done with either of my cars, I always leave out with a big smile on my face. After waiting in line for a while, as Husain went back and forth with two customers in a row in front of me. I was asked to come back another day so that my service would be done in a reasonable amount of time, so I made an appointment. I dropped my car early morning and Hussain called me around 4pm to tell me he needs to break the locks off of all of my tires because there was no tire lock key. After I told him that was not an option he told me he would call back and asked me to pick my car up the next day which I told him that wouldn’t work for me since he previously told me to come back so that my service would be completed in a timely manner. I had to go back to the shop physically, with no call back or call answer, for him to tell me he eventually found the key and it would take another two hours and he choose not to call back because he was embarrassed for not recognizing the key, which to me sounds like an honest mistake but after being so rude to me prior he made the decision t
