I would like to personally thank the 2 gentleman who helped me today (1-24-22). It was a cold and rainy day and no one around the area was willing to help me get my truck back on the road after noticing a coolant leak under my truck that was causing it to over heat. When I called them, they actually said “Good morning” (which no other mechanic shop said) and they said it will take a couple of hours to fix. When I brought it in they noticed I had my new born daughter with me in the waiting room and moved me and my family to the front of the line to quickly get me back on the road. The prices were fair and they were the nicest mechanics I have encountered. Thank you gentlemen for taking care of me and my family. If I am in need of vehicle maintenance again and am in the area I will happily pay them another visit.

I took my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder to have an alignment done and told the guy I had an oil leak and not to wrong about that. I asked him how much an alignment would cost and he quoted me $80.00 and he would call me in two hours. I waited all day on Monday the twenty first and no call. I call them the next day at two fifty-five and he said he would call me back once he talked to his worker. I waited, and no call do I went to the shop to see what was happening and the worker called his boss and I spoke to him and he tried to tell me he called me twice on Monday and once on Tuesday I told him I only wanted an alignment and he was telling me I needed valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and an oil pressure regulator and quoted my a price of $900.00. I told him I wasn’t going to get that done yet, only needed the alignment because my steering wasn’t straight and my tires were not aligned. Horrible customer service & I wouldn’t dare recommend this place to anyone. Sebastian was by far the worse technician I have ever came across in my life. First he tried to tell my mom she broke the light that she came to get fixed and then gave us attitude & argued with her because it specifically said you don’t touch the bulb of the light with your hand & he touched it with his dirty hands. He was disrespectful from the beginning of the visit to the very end. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
