I went for engine oil and spark plugs. They also did a quick check on my tires. I have been going to J&T a couple of times and continue to. They offer a ride and pick-up and have awesome customer service. I have not had car problems after they checked it like I used to with other places.

The AC on my van recently stopped working properly, which is a huge problem in the summer! I decided to check out J&T because it’s close to my home and I had heard great things from my friends. I wasn’t disappointed. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed and ready to go in less than 24 hours! I especially appreciated that they kept me updated frequently by phone and text and worked with my warranty company to make sure the repairs were covered as well. They were extremely professional and I knew what was going on including what to expect regarding expenses every step of the way, which has not been my experience with other repair facilities. They also did a comprehensive evaluation and discovered another problem and fixed that as well as completed some needed maintenance. They had a free shuttle, too! I will be definitely be using them for routine maintenance and other repairs in the future.
