I was really surprised at the thoroughness of the vehicle inspection that I received. They looked at my car and gave details on what needed to be repaired as well as pictures. The estimate came with a description of what would be done and the price. It was also broken down into which areas needed attention first. I appreciate the customer service that I received.

I'm pretty amazed at the honesty and customer service this place offered. I went in for an alignment and they declined the job due to the wear of the car because several steering components were too worn and it would result in a poor alignment. I received a very detailed courtesy inspection that included pictures and measurements of the wear, which was entirely free. The total cost of repair for the wear of the steering components was estimated to be around 2800, which I decided not to go forward with because the car is very old (200k miles). They were very professional and I very much appreciate their feedback and vehicle inspection report. I left the shop with no charges, but I do feel bad because every place I know would have charged over $100 for an inspection as detailed as the one I received for free for the alignment check. Thanks, will definitely return to this shop for other automotive services.

Experience in this place was absolutely amazing. They fixed my car's A/C, sent me a professional report of my car status and literally they checked everything. Also the couldn't find the part on time, so they offered me a leasing car while my car was ready and no extra fee charge! They were so professional and the place was so clean and cute, their customer service answering my questions were so nice and explained me everything.
