I went in for an alignment and some shaking. They offered a $70 suspension check, only to be charged if they found issues. When I picked up my vehicle they quoted me $3,200 to replace a broken suspension and could not provide an alignment before fixing the suspension. They advised me not to drive my vehicle because it was on the brink of braking down. They then charged me $75 for the check, not $70, for finding work to be done. I brought my car to a different mechanic for a second opinion. They said my suspension looked "very impressive for 75,000 miles" but found a bulge on a tire and recommended getting a new one. I took my car to a tire shop to replace the tires and had them inspect my suspension and brakes. They came back to say both the suspension and brakes looked fine. After a month of driving on new tires, the car operates with no issues. I leave the experience with the impression Santa Ana did not offer a trustworthy or reliable service.

This is the very best auto care business that I have ever experienced. Shelly is the best ever. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable. If you need anything done to your car, this is definitely the place to go I will definitely go back there for any type service or repair. Very welcoming and efficient, even to an out of towner! In Houston for business and ran over a huge tire in morning rush hour. Under carriage panel was hanging off. Brought it in and Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating. Got me in immediately for an oil change and to re-attach the under carriage cover. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
