Came to get an estimate on August 14th spoke to Jonathan and was told he would get back to me same day or the following. I did not hear back from him so I called he told he would have an estimate of the cost for my jeep some time that day, well never heard back from him again, I waited 3 more days before I called and he tells me the samething again I waited again two more days but he never called finally I call him and leave him a message and intead of him giving me a call I get text message and says he would give me a quote, well finally after 8 long days he sends me a total amount of $3,670.03 that would take care of parts and labor. I was like oh lord I waited all this time for him to tell me this, so at the end of the day I would have given him the chance to fix my car but with all the wait I probably won't get my vehicle back till Christmas, so I'd rather take it to dealer at this point. Thank you for waisting my time Jonathan. I definitely won't recommend anybody to this place.

I needed my tires tightened as another shop did not put them back on properly and and they fixed it for free. Wouldn’t even take money from me because it was a small job to them. I was shocked. J & J did an excellent job with my vehicle repairs. The communication and responsiveness were great, and they didn't do unnecessary work. I felt like they were very honest, and they back their work with a one year guarantee! I would definitely bring my car back in the future.
