Lady was eating at her desk with the tech when I walked it, 1.did not greet me I have a sensor marking my tire has low pressure Walked up asked if I could get it checked out She kept eating and said do you know what tire it is ? Aside from her not greeting me and the office smelling horribly I just said you know what never mind Horrible customer service
Took my car here and paid almost $400 for repairs. As soon as I got the car back I noticed there was no changes. They said it had something to do with my transmission but I initially took it there for a problem with my tires. Took it somewhere else and was charged only $100 for labor AND the parts! Turns out they hadn’t even installed the right parts in the first place.
Visited Houston Tires and Auto Repair after a bad experience at a nearby tire shop. This place is great! The mechanic on duty was quick to work on my vehicle, listen to my concerns and work with me to complete the services I was seeking. I will definitely be returning if I need future car services! Thank you guys!
