Great, they let me know how many jobs were in front of me,what they were doing, so I would have an idea of how long the wait would be. Showed me what my problem was and gave me the options. Thanks for being so professional.

Took my Van into Firestone early early morning On march 16th, 2023. Told them driving home on the highway at high speeds there was a bad vibration in the rear passenger side of the van. Asked them to check for the vibration and to balance the rear tires. Was told to leave the van because they could not get to it till about 2. They called and said they were still checking but could not find anything. About 5:30 called to the store since the close at 6 and told they still could not find anything so we could pick it up. When we got there it was no charge. I asked so they didn't balance the tires? Wouldn't there be a charge for that? I asked to talk to the tech and was told they left at 4. The girl at the counter said she was asked to raise the van after they left and check for anything that might be bent. We drove the van straight home. The next morning when we went to load for a trip out of town I saw the tire in the picture below. It is quite obvious they never looked at
