HORRIBLE!!!! The owner is rude and nasty to their customers. They quoted me a price that was reasonable so I had my car towed there. I had to repeatedly call to get an update and was constantly told the owner would call me. He never did. After 3-4 times of this I went to the shop. When I arrived they had done work on my car and said it was ready. When I asked why no one called to advise what needed to be repaired and to confirm pricing I was asked if the owner never called. When the owner finally arrived because stated what i thought needed repair did and he upped the price then tried to charge for towing when my insurance company covered the tow. He yelled at me for asking why he was overcharging l then accused me of scamming him. I requested several times to pay so I could leave when he threatened not to release my car. He was even rude to the lady at the front desk when she tried to let him know I was here first when he walked in trying to assist a man who came in after me. The man

I went to this shop today due to an unexpected problem with the bottom of my car. I am a newish Galveston resident, and Kayser's Automotive helped me and got it fixed within the hour and affordably too! Everyone there that I spoke to was extremely kind, and even though the problem was small, they treated it like a top priority.
