Kwik Kar - Panther Creek

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Went in for a state inspection waited 5 minutes are the front desk and was greeted rudely. Was not informed when the inspection finished and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes before going up and asking someone. State inspection failed and the technician didn't provide much help in explaining the issues or failures. Ended up going to a 2nd auto shop where they informed me the technician at kwik kar either messed up or intentionally failed me which is illegal. After passing inspection at the 2nd auto shop. I attempted to get a refund from kwik kar which again was greeted rudely and told there is nothing they can do. Overall I will never be coming back and will be filing an official complaint with the DPS

Horrible experience. Extremely slow service. Kwik Kar is an oxymoron at this location. It should be called Slow Car! I was told by the front desk girl that they open at 8am. Dropped my car off at 830am and was told mechanics don’t arrive until 9am. I was then told that it’ll only be a couple of hours. I left my car there thinking it’ll be checked in time for me to pick it up and go to sleep at 1pm as I work nights and have to get ready for work at 5pm. I called at 130pm and was told that it’ll be checked soon. I just needed a diagnostic for a sound it was making and then I’d make arrangements for another ride if they needed to keep it to repair it. I called again at 3pm and they hadn’t even touched my car. I decided to go pick it up and it was in the same spot that I parked it in lol; and not even an apology from them. Have used for vehicle inspections and oil changes. Always professional and timely. Have always done good work and never tried to up sell me on unnecessary options for any of my vehicles. Waiting room is always clean and comfortable.
