Excellent service. Carl came by before the estimated time and was all done examining my brakes within the hour. He was very communicative and honest about what I did or didn't need as well as the exact health of my brake pads and rotors, and worked very quickly with lots of diligence. He was also very polite and exhumed an earnest technician aura that I think perfectly showcases NuBrakes' expertise. A wonderful experience. Communication was fast and detailed any and all questions or concerns were answered. They came to my office and replaced my brakes while I worked. The Tech was nice, and worked quickly. They only replaced what was needed and did not try to up-sale me at all. I was made aware of other services they offer like oil changes. Today I blew a tire on 820 headed to Irving TX. A nubrake truck stop and the lovely man, Karl I believe, helped me change my tire. He was super courteous and so very kind. If this is the standard of employees I can't wait to see how well they do with paying customers. I will definitely be using them in the future. I hope this man knows how wonderful he is and I hope his company acknowledged that! Thank you again!
