Took my vehicle to Bowens in March to get a sensor installed and an oil change. They charged me $500 to install the sensor and $62 for the oil change.They are no longer affiliated with Randy Bowen. They are now called Carlisle Auto. The didn’t bother to tell me I needed new brake pads even though I had asked them to check out the vehicle. Now I’m having to replace the rotors because the brake pads were worn out. Service: Oil change

This might be one of the best if not the best mechanic shops I’ve been to. Quick, reliable, and a reasonable price. They also drove me to and from my apartment after I dropped off my truck and then when it was ready to be picked up. Definitely will be back for any future repairs I have. Service: Air conditioning

We have been bringing our work trucks here for years and never had much complaints. Now this place is a joke. Tried to get an oil change at 11:30 and was told guy was going to lunch and it would be till 1pm before getting to my truck….. You only have one guy? He gets an hour and half for lunch?…. It is not busy. Parking lot is pretty empty. Gentlemen working the counter has absolutely no personality. No greeting or anything. We will not be being any of our vehicles back.
