I was involved in an auto accident where I hit a DART Bus as a result of a black out and light signals not working in the Dallas metroplex March 2017, I filed a claim with my auto insurance "Standard Insurance" they are the worse insurance ever, they, tell me that they do not offer car rental insurance at all, and that I would be out of my pocket to pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired. I went to Caliber collision and was told that it would be two weeks before they could give me a estimate, I drove a few minutes more on the service road of hwy 67 to First Choice Collision, a very professional man by the name of Jeff came out to view my car and immediately gave me a estimate, committing to the repair of my car within 3 days. Jeff also went out of his way to secure me a rental car for a very good price. Standard Insurance dragged their feet accusing me and this wonder collision company of causing more damage to my car.
