I got hit by a driver with no insurance this morning and i went to find out how much would cost me to do my repairs. A service adviser named Rufo help me out right away, even with no claim and no prior appointment. He saw my need for help and didn’t hesitate to help me out, he was kind and professional. I got my estimate in minutes, I will definitely bring my car for repairs. Thank you so much Rufo for been so kind.

Windshield was repaired a few months ago. I was promised high quality and a warranty. Sensor cover fell off and now Caliber has me bouncing between locations arguing that it has to be repaired by the one who did the original repair. They didn't even take a look at the issue which in my opinion was easy to fix. Ridiculous.

Awful experience. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks and they didn't fix all of the scratches from a recent rear end. They did not communicate with me when they kept it past the estimated time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Take your car to another location.
