I dropped off my RV with the intent of having the hose for the gravity-feed fill for the fresh water tank replaced. I clearly stated what hose I needed replaced. A glance under the RV would have easily revealed the deteriorated hose that needed replacement. When I went to pick up the RV I asked the mechanic if he had to drop the water tank to replace this hose (I knew that would have been required and that's why I took it to a shop and instead of completely a relatively simple task myself). He said no and proceeded to show me what he replaced. He replaced a PVC "t" fitting on the tank fill for the pressure line, not the line I asked to be replaced. The mechanic was not even aware there was a gravity fill option for the tank. A phone call to the customer to verify the work to be done and an estimate would have avoided this problem. This was $395 I really didn't need to spend. Sure, there was a leak on the pressure fill side of the tank but we don't use that and it's not what I
