I recently had to replace my battery in my BMW and I am SO glad I went to Pioneer! This was my first time at this shop and Steven (I believe that was his name) helped me. He was kind, professional, and got my car in and out very quickly! The pricing was unbeatable for the service I received, so I will be returning for any future vehicle needs! :)

If you need your car serviced, take it here. DON’T go anywhere else, take it HERE!! Not only are the guys in the shop so super sweet and kind, everyone seems to know exactly what they’re doing, and the men at the service desk are next level when it comes to customer service. I honestly feel lucky!! Nathan was amazing and treated me so well. This man needs a raise and extra vacation days, a 401k, a ROTH IRA, buy him a boat i don’t care, he deserves it. THANK YOU. Thank you everybody involved in making sure i had an actually enjoyable experience with something usually very stressful and expensive. They hooked me up. I went to them to get my car repaired 4 months ago. They replaced my radiator and condenser. They told me to bring it up They would look at it and tell me what's wrong. They told me the issue the guy said if I bring the parts I can get it fixed the same day. I paid $1600 dollars for just labor not parts. They fixed it left a small part off I took it back they wouldn't even look at the car. I took it to Sign it Drive it ...... they added the plug and I was on my way. The manager Nathan was rude and not pleasant be ware the will scam you if you are a women. This was a simple fix that could have been resolved. Please do not pay them they will print out a receipt and say nothing has a warranty after you pay.
