I wouldn’t take my van anywhere else. I trust their word and their work. I have had several repairs and body work done. Just keeping me up and running and I love the service! They are so close to where I work they pick my vehicle up and bring it back for no extra charge! They have a customer for life right here. Alida S.
Great customer service. Called asking how much to change filter and transmission fluid. States they needed to remove the transmission which isn’t true and I corrected him as I told him I had attempted and failed. Then told him I’d supply the filter and oil got mad hung up on me. Stay away if you wanna be treated well.
Great experience. Ken talked through likely issues, then ran the diagnostics, gave me multiple esimates based on the scope of work I wanted tackled. I was able to pick up the car the same day I brought it in. I have used TLC previosly and same experience, highly knowledgeable team who charges a fair price and completes the work when they say they will.
