Goodrich is AWESOME!! On Father’s Day, while traveling to see my dad, something in the road blew both passenger tires, spun me out and slammed me into the median. I thought my new car was toast. I called Goodrich by luck. They towed me for free to the garage. The management, reception and mechanic team was stellar. My new car needed a ton of work. Not only did they address every issue but they did it with a sincere mindfulness for the amount of money I’d eventually spend. The final repairs were functionally so much more than I thought was possible. The final cost was entirely reasonable and could have been higher. I would have still payed it, the work was worth it. :) Replaced- rear axle, strut, lower control arm, tires. Repaired- bumper and quarter panel, rims. Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

Changed prices on me. He was very kind when he informed me that the final price was different than what he quoted me initially. I understand that prices can be different, but legally speaking, they must consult the consumer if there is a change. I was informed upon walking in to the store to pick up the vehicle and had to leave it there while I sought to resolve the issue Guy tried to pass it off as a mistake, but that's something for him to eat, not his costumer. Then he tried to guilt trip me into paying the up charge "if you want me to take it from my wallet, I will". Bad experience

This place is Awesome, the owner makes you feel like home... made me Coffee and the mechanic talked to me with the truth... He said " I don't want to sell you anything you don't need or do Extra work you Don't need"... so he fixed the problem without Robbing me .. like a lot of Mechanics Do.. Great Pkace ..
