I am a long term ntb customer and this was my first experience at this location. Jim Beswick and the tech who serviced my car gave fantastic service, greatly surpassing my experiences at previous locations. After my call they had my tires stacked and waiting for me when I pulled up and got the job done on a Saturday afternoon when everyone else had turned me away- Not to mention, I'm the daughter of a mechanic, and it is my biggest pet peve to walk into a car shop or auto parts store and know i may be more qualified to do the service I'm coming in for, everyone in the store looked, sounded (and ultimately performed) like they could do the job and thus i confidently added on some extra services (even though my previous location had botched the job). Thanks again for the great service, I will drive the extra mile to return for my next service!
