I found the right team and people to care for my old Sienna by visiting Gullo Toyota of Conroe where I met Service Advisor, John, and Technician, Kean. I needed to make some tough decisions on the next steps with my vehicle and their integrity and honest evaluation helped me do what I could not on my own. My only mistake was as not going to see them sooner. I was greeted at my vehicle upon arrival, did our walk around, kept informed throughout the day, and all items were discussed in detail before, during, and after repairs. When I arrived to pick up, John went over my repair order, ensured my concerns were met, and helped me get back on the road. Gullo service has my trust and business forever because of John and Kean. Go see these guys if you want your car fixed right the first time and cared for by experts. These two are brand ambassadors and provide a truly exceptional customer service experience.

What an amazing experience after a horrific incident with our usual mechanic. Because of a huge mistake from our mechanic, we took the car to Gullo and they diagnosed and personally showed me the error made by my mechanic and I was able to video what was wrong with the car. They were honest and said they couldn’t fix it without charging me more than what the car was worth. I appreciated with kindness and honesty. Very refreshing for a dealership. I will definitely be back.

The moment I arrived for my appointment. I was quickly greeted by a friendly host, who reviewed my appointment and walked me over to meet Cameron, (i.e. the customer service rep.), who helped me with my vehicle service needs of an oil change and state vehicle inspection. Everything went well with the customer service experience. In the end when they dropped off my car, I noticed it was not washed as they promised. I reminded one of the staff to put my vehicle through the car wash and it was done within minutes. Otherwise, this service was a near perfect experience. Thank you Team Gullo Toyota for your help.
