Took my daughter’s truck three times due to her truck leaking water along the radiator system. I spent a substantial amount of money to be told on the third time that the head gasket had a crack. I was told to trade in the vehicle. What I was told by the owner is not ethical. I am totally disappointed with their service and work. Hopefully, I am giving everyone a heads up regarding this place.

Talked to an employee on the phone who said they could change the fuel filter in our car, and gave me a quote for it. I told him the specific model of car and the exact engine. When we brought the car in we were treated like we were idiots for bringing our car in for a fuel filter change and told it was "too complicated." Huge waste of time, especially after being assured on the phone that they would "take great care of us" Edit after business response- While I appreciate the response, I do feel that it does not accurately represent the experience that we received. We mentioned having called ahead to an employee and we were told that "whoever we spoke to on the phone probably didn't realize what kind of car" we had. An employee made the recommendation that we just take it to the dealership. We were told by an employee that the job was "too complicated" and that there was "too much stuff in the way." Took my Camry around 11am to get my oil change, brake pads, and rotors replaced. They finished it by the end of a busy workday, a day after July 4th. Fair price, clean lobby, and fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Hard to find honest and talented repair shops. Highly recommend coming here to get your vehicle worked on. Needless to say, I'll be coming back. Thank y'all!
