Mike went out of his way to keep my family as lifetime Firestone customers. Coming in from out by of town our car had broke down when we were over 60 miles away. I called Firestone and Mike said despite their more than full lot he’d do his best to fit us in if we could get the car there. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road again. Mike ensured our just out of warranty part was handled professionally and saved us where he could. I highly recommend this Firestone and my Aggie student will always bring her car here when I can’t be here to help. Thanks again!

We called the day before to ensure we would be able to have the daughter's car serviced and the phone call went well. Our in-store experience was just as pleasant. I don't recall the young man's name who assisted us, but he was cordial and thorough. He gave us an honest estimate of how long the wait would be and setup our expectations. He also explained their process before sending us on our way. It really is that easy. We got the service we needed and all our concerns resolved.

I really just want to thank the PHENOMENAL gentlemen who helped me today. I had been going through so many things in my personal life for the last 30 days, and i just couldnt seem to catch a break. My tire went on flat in the Walgreens parking lot across the street. I made my way over, and the kindest souls helped me and I am a customer for LIFE. Anything I need done to my camaro will only be done at a Firestone location. I literally got in my car and cried after the experience I had here. I couldnt recommend them enough! Service: Tires
