Excellent experience at EZ Garage! The A/C was not blowing cold in my F150, so I originally took it to the dealership. The dealership quoted me over $3000 to fix the issue. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion from Francisco, and he quoted me $150! The dealership was not even going to repair the correct part - never going back there! It has been almost 2 months since my A/C was repaired by EZ Garage, and it is still blowing ice cold. Francisco was incredibly helpful and responsive, and explained everything to me. If I could add zero I would, very rude & unprofessional wasted 2 whole days when he said the car would be ready by the end of the day. It took him till night and also refused to use my parts and suggested i buy parts with triple the price and when I refused the repair as it is above my budget he got angry and defensive claimed he opened up the car. Couldn’t trust him so I asked to pick up the car the day after but he said i wont have my car back. Made me pay the $150 labor for the repair in order to pick up the car when no repair was done on the car. I eventually paid and got my car cus I needed it fixed asap and it was obvious he’s playing us. I really don’t know where they got the good reviews. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional.
