Christian Brothers Automotive exceeded expectations on every aspect of having my car repaired. My service advisor, Mason, was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. I was leaving town for vacation and wanted to drop my car off for someone to repair my car while I was gone, whenever they were able to get to it. Mason told me they could do that so I dropped my car off late Thursday evening. I received a call early the next morning with what they found and an estimate. My car was repaired and ready for pickup that afternoon. So, they were able to inspect the car, get the parts, and repair it in less than 24 hours. I was extremely appreciative and will definitely be using them for all of our car repairs in the future.

Mason was excellent and the service was quick! I am from out of town and had an issue with my car. ..within 6 hours they called and had me in and out of there. I can’t even say how much I appreciated their efficiency of service! I would recommend them all day, everyday! Thank you so much for the help!

I took my wife’s 2017 GMC Yukon in for an Air Conditioning diagnosis (not cooling properly). The “Service Advisor” Cole Mullenberg was most pleasant and professional in his dealings with me from start to finish. He was very conscious about keeping me informed regarding the progress of my work request. The mechanic performing the actual diagnostics provided video evidence of a significant leak in the external cooling coil and Mr. Mullenberg was then able to easily explain what needed in order to make the necessary repairs. Although the removal and replacement of the coil was quite expensive, I’m not sure whether I would have found a more inexpensive shop that would have made the necessary repairs in the amount of time in which they were performed at this establishment. Overall, I was very impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the entire crew with which I had interaction. As a final, very nice and thoughtful gesture, Mr. Mullenberg presented my wife with a pretty, freshly cut
