We've used this company twice now but will not be using them again after the most recent experience. We had a simple repair, just replacing a side mirror and correcting minor damage around the mirror. We got a quote and an estimate of a day to day and a half to repair the vehicle. It ended up taking eight days. It was impossible to get information from them. Apparently only the rep handling the repair can provide an update, and this rep must have only worked a handful of hours a week. He was never there and calls were never returned. At one point, when we complained about how long it was taking, we were told they found additional damage. That's fine and would make sense, but we weren't notified. Certainly that would change the price. After calling day after day, and being promised that the vehicle would be ready the following day THREE different times, it was ready on day eight. Based on the fact that the price didn't change, it appears there was not additional damage. That

I don't know whether this is common but my bumper cover got damaged during a minor incident when I was a student of TAMU. And I brought my car here. At first glance, the repair was great. But after about a year, the paint start to come off. Even just washing my car, a large piece of the paint can come off. For the following years, I've been bothered by this. It doesn't worth replacing the bumper and it made me feeling not good. On the other hand, the frame repair was decent. This is still a little bit of difference between the left and right side of my car, but it's acceptable. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
