The service person Tom was wonderful, generous with his time and smiles, very attentive to my concerns. The Mechanic working on my car Mark was very detailed about the reasons I came in and pointed some other areas about the car that needs to be serviced and especially about my tires. Greatly appreciate their service.
Got a same day appt. Greeted immediately. Process was simple, coffee was decent! Nothing further desired. A+service
I set up an appointment for a simple oil change 9:30 in the morning. Arrived early and planned to go to work after. 2 hours later at around 11:30am, I asked the lady at the counter what's the delay and she replied that the car will be ready soon. 1pm I went to check again and it turns out they haven't even started on it yet. I wasted nearly half a day and no one came to explaun whats causing the delay or estimated time of finish. I left without service and never returning at this dealership ever again
