He is thorough, explains what the car needs and why before then explains afterwards the repairs he made. He gives you a preliminary estimate for approval before starting work and many times the final bill is lower than quoted. He has my full trust and confidence as well as loyalty. Alex gave me a diagnostic and repair solution the same day I brought it in and had it finished the next day. My new fuel pumps were installed quickly and thoroughly.
