10 out of 10 would NOT!!! recommend I have a 2016 Chevy transmission went out. Went here and had nothing but problems ever since. It took them three trys in a matter of weeks to get my transmission right so after the third time I thought it was right I started having issues again. I take it to get checked out they tell me it's the torque convertor again. So I ask is it covered under warrant David tells me no its not im 2000 miles over warranty. Which in my eyes he should have still have covered it under warranty cause I have the messages of him telling me his torque convertor vendor was getting bad parts. So in my eyes my warranty should have started the day I was able to drive off the lot for more than 3 days at a time and I would probably still be in the millage range of the warranty he gave. But now he wants me to pay again to fix his mistakes. And now since I paid the 500 to fix it once again it's been about 3 weeks and the transmission is acting up again ive invested 4000 into th

David and his team got my truck in and had it done the same week. He was honest and transparent about what was going on. I want to personally thank these guys for their time and apologize again for @unitedway and the lies they told the both of us. I'm not certain if you got the tow fee of $170 but you letting me store my vehicle as long as you did before giving it to the salvage yard. The United Way assured me they would pay for new transmission. Only to have me tow it to your shop and refuse to pay. I tried maintaining employment but after me getting assaulted this time last year the effects have resulted in myself being fired from 5 jobs. And still no charges were filed. I will recommend you guys see how y'all handle my mess of a life. Thank you again.
