jds transmission service ( we speak spanish )

Jd is not a good guy, he has lied so many times and made every excuse in the book. Dropped my truck off for tranny rebuild and it failed within 1000 miles , it’s under warranty but has been sitting at his house for months, I now have to take court action on him because he’s not doing the work. He has told me many times it will be finished this week, or he will call in 2 days for me to pick it up. Months later I drive by an my truck is still in the spot I left it in out by the street. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! Or get everything in writing because you will have to take him to court

I am only going to state facts. I took my truck in around Christmas. Was told transmission needed rebuilt and needed u-joints. I was told that if he could get parts I should have my truck in a few days..that turned into a week then a month...always some sort of problem.."nothing to do with me or the truck" then it almost two months and I get a call. Yep you need u-joints .I told him he already told me that and I already paid to have all the work done. He says oh it does say that on your invoice. I will have to order the parts..another week passes...just shy by a few days, two months he had my truck. I picked it up to discover Rats had gotten into my truck at his shop ate a hole in the seat and left many droppings behind..I give them two stars because I enjoyed chatting with them....

I took my infinity G35 there because it wouldn’t shift past 3rd gear. JD said he thought he could fix it and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. We suspected some build up on the speed pick up may have been it issue and we were going to try to flush the system. Before I knew it he said we had to rebuild the transmission. He had my car for over nine months rebuilding the transition and once that was done we were still exactly were we started out. I had to get a new valve body and get him to install that. I would check back and find the car parked outside , he would say he was going get to it next week and when I would show up it would still be outside. I finally got my car back after almost a year. I had to end up buying another car because it took so long. The car seemed to be fixed and working properly but took entirely too long. Nice guy but maybe over extends himself. If you need your car back quickly go somewhere else.
