I recently had an exceptional experience at Oil Changers & Repair (ServiceONE Automotive), all thanks to Elijah. After getting an oil change in Austin, my car developed a concerning rattling sound on the highway. There nearest Oil Changers location was your location. When I called in, Elijah was an absolute gem of a customer service provider. He displayed remarkable politeness, care, and attentiveness throughout our conversation. When I arrived at the service center during the high noon sun, I found Elijah hard at work, despite having visible wound cuts on his two hands from his labor. His dedication and willingness to help me was truly impressive. Elijah not only troubleshooted the rattling sound with precision but also showed great thoughtfulness in addressing my concerns. He is a great guy! I can't express enough how grateful I am for Elijah's outstanding service. He is an exemplary mechanic technician who goes above and beyond for his customer. *SEE EDIT* Went to the Cedar Park location. Overcharged me for an oil change/ filter clean by far and tried to upsell other services. The woman working here walked away mid conversation about my car several times. Then, they put my glove compartment back incorrectly, causing it to no longer close. Had to spend hours putting it back together myself. They wanted $80 for a tire rotation, so I went to the business next store for a tire patch and a rotation, which was done for a lower price. They were great for the Texas state inspection, but nothing else. Honestly, it seems like if you are a young woman, they think they should take advantage of the lack of knowledge they assume you have. *EDIT* Changed the review from two stars to one star. I’d give 0 stars if I could. The reason for this is because I just got an oil change done at a different place, which showed me where Oil Changers ripped my cabin air filter and cracked my oil filter housing. The service at Oil Changers Cedar Park was fine and the techs were friendly, but I did wait 2hrs. for an oil change. They did inform me they were very busy because it was the Monday of Thanksgiving week. Also, they did not reattach the skid plate under my SUV after they accessed the areas needed for the oil change. I drove out of town before it was discovered that it was hanging down/dragging bc they’d left off the 3 bolts that attach it under the engine.
