Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went to the Firestone in Leander for a inspection and was told would be an hour and a half. Gentleman called the cedar park store and they were able to get me right in. When I arrived I sat down for maybe 15 minutes and it was all done. Great service from both stores.

So happy I called this Iocation. I normally go to the one in Leander. But I got the worst service in Leander today. I went there at about 8:30am after calling to check on my warranty and saying I was on my way. I get there only to be asked if I had an appt because other withers was a 5 hrs wait. I leave and make an appt online for 2pm. I go back at 2pm only to be told the appt never got confirmed. But they could schedule me for Tuesday. I left and called this Firestone. They told me to head over they’d get be seen today. I got there around 3pm and they replaced my battery by 4:30pm, no appointment needed! This will be my new Firestone go to!!! ❤️

I'm currently sitting in the lobby and had to write this before it slipped my mind. I can't even express how great this place has been. It's about consistency to me and the reps at the front are outstanding! Joe is an example of someone that I wish I had for my business. He's just so easy to get along with and we're talking about issues that I'm having with my vehicle. Very informative and straight to the point, communicates in a manor that makes me feel like we've known one another for years. So grateful for service like this, it's rare IMO. I hope he knows how appreciative people are of him, such an asset to the company.
